16. Internal regulations

Times : The customer is asked to respect the arrival and departure times notified in the reservation confirmation.

Drinks : as the establishment offers drinks, it is not permitted to consume your own drinks on the entire property.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse to accommodate an intoxicated customer and to cancel their reservation (at the customer's expense).

Damage : Any damage (intentional or not) in the room, house or garden will be charged.

Theft/ loss : Any theft will be charged. Loss of keys will be charged 10 euros.

Spa : The Spa is reserved for adults. Wearing a swimsuit and showering with soap before using the Spa are mandatory.

The relaxation area is under video surveillance. Any damage to equipment (price of equipment) or spa water

For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to eat or drink in the spa (in the water).

Electricity : it is not allowed to plug in coolers in the room.

Tobacco : smoking is strictly prohibited in the establishment (even at the window!). A smoking area is provided outside.

A room with a tobacco odor will result in an additional night being charged.
